United States Health Foundation is proud to announce our Certified Health Coach program is now available ONLINE!

For those looking to attain their continuing education credits, we provide this class for: physical, occupational, and massage therapists. It is equal to 9 LIVE CEU’s and will be completed over the course of 2 consecutive Tuesdays days from 6pm-10pm EST

Our class is also offered to licensed health care professionals, personal trainers, fitness enthusiasts, human resource personnel, and wellness professionals who wish to be certified as a health coach. **Not “Hands On” for Massage.

This class focuses on teaching others how to decrease chronic disease risks and achieve optimal health and wellness.

After signup / checkout, you will receive a confirmation email with the information on how to login to the zoom meeting on the night of the class. You will also receive an email the day prior and at 3pm on the day of the class with the same info.

Attending the virtual meeting is simple:

1. Add to cart and checkout securely, which will also prompt you to create an account.
   • Please use your real name as reported to the State when creating your account.
2. On the day of the class, come back to the website and click My Account in the top right and login.
3. Then, click on Classes > then Start Meeting (which will open zoom). Viola!
