LOGIN QUESTIONS

I'm having trouble logging in...
There are 2 ways to have created an account on our site and how you login is dependent on which one you chose.

METHOD 1 - STANDARD LOGIN:
Simple - Login using the email & then password field.

INCORRECT PASSWORD:
If it says the password is incorrect, click Forgot Password and send yourself a password reminder to the email address you input in step 1. Check your spam folder!!! Many times it's either in spam or being blocked by your security settings. If it doesn't come at all, come back here and contact us for support.

METHOD 2 - LOGIN WITH QIKAUTH:
If your account login is / was set up using QikAuth. Click the (black) "Login with QikAuth" button and see if it lets you in. If it doesn't, you probably didn't use QikAuth. If it tries to, but says password error. Reset your pw on QikAuth.com using the next step below.

HOW TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD ON QikAuth:
Go to QikAuth.com and send a password reset to your email. You will receive an email from QikAuth to reset your password. Please do so.
Once you reset your password, go back to USHealthFoundation.org/login and click on the (black) Login with QikAuth button. It will ask to authorize QikAuth for use on this site, click Accept and you will be logged in. 

PRE-PURCHASE QUESTIONS

Does the Virtual Class format count as in-person / live CEU's In Florida?
Short Answer: Yes

Detailed Answer: Yes, our classes are NOT pre-recorded webinars. You will be (virtually) attending a live class with Sanford Bates via Zoom.
The class CEU’s are Live CEU’s and are accepted and reported by us directly to the State, upon your completion of attending the class.
POST PURCHASE QUESTIONS
I do not know my username or password.

Lost Username:

Go to Ushealthfoundation.org

  1. Click My Account
  2. Enter your email address in the username field
  3. If you don’t remember the email address or accidentally entered it wrong, submit a support ticket here.

Lost Password:

  1. Go to the My Account Page
  2. Click > Send Reset Password Email
  3. Check your spam folder upon reset, in case it filters there.
I did not receive a purchase confirmation email.

No Worries. During checkout, you will have created an account. This account binds you to the classes or exams that you purchase. Follow these steps to get to the areas needed:

To login to your Account Dashboard:

  1. Click Login / My Account (in the menu) and login to your dashboard
  2. Login with the username and password you set. That will bring you to your account dashboard where you can get to your orders, the Meeting Links, Exam Link, etc.

To log in to a Virtual Class:

  1. Click Login / My Account (in the menu) and login to your dashboard
  2. Click MEETINGS
    1. The upcoming meeting link will be there > Click Join on the day of
    2. If you don’t see the upcoming meeting there, click ORDERS, then click on the Order purchased, and the links will be in there.

To login and take the Exam:

  1. Click Login / My Account (in the menu) and login to your dashboard
  2. Click MY EXAMS or Go back to the homepage > click the Resources Dropdown > click Health Coach Exam (you must be logged in)
I get a 404 error when clicking to view the Course Manual or Presentation from the Resources tab.

You have to be logged in to your account via Login / My Account AND must have purchased the course.

VIRTUAL CLASS QUESTIONS
Do the Virtual Classes count as in-person / live CEU's in Florida?

Short Answer: Yes

Detailed Answer: Yes, our classes are NOT pre-recorded webinars. You will be (virtually) attending a live class with Sanford Bates via Zoom.

The class CEU’s are Live CEU’s and are accepted and reported by us directly to the State, upon your completion of attending the class.

Will I receive notification reminders leading up to the virtual class?

Yes! Our system auto-sends a purchase confirmation, then reminder emails 24 hours and 3 hours prior to the meeting.

If you don’t receive the purchase confirmation, you probably won’t receive the reminders. Please check your spam folder. Many times they will end up there because we are not in your address book. The emails will come from info@ushealthfoundation.org

Either way, that’s ok, you can login to your MY ACCOUNT Dashboard and click MEETINGS on the day of and the direct virtual class links are there.

I did not receive notification reminders leading up to the virtual class?

Either way, that’s ok! On the day of the meeting:

  1. Login to your MY ACCOUNT Dashboard
  2. Click MEETINGS and the direct virtual class links are there.
    1. If you don’t see the upcoming meeting there, click ORDERS, then click on the Order purchased, and the links will be in there.
  3. Click JOIN MEETING

If you have not yet downloaded & installed the free / secure zoom application, please do so. You can attend the class via your browser, but to follow along with the powerpoint while attending our class you will need to use the application. Download Zoom Here

How do I login to the virtual class on the day / time of?

1. Click on Login / My Account (in the menu) and login to your Account Dashboard.

2. Click MEETINGS > DETAILS > JOIN MEETING (at the meeting date & time).

Post-Class: How do I fill out the webinar evaluation?

1. Login to you Account Dashboard at UShealthfoundation.org/login
If you have trouble logging in, scroll up and review the FAQ about login issues above.

2. Once logged in, go back to the Homepage and in the Navigation Menu, click Resources > Webinar Evaluation 

Health Coach Exam Questions

How do I login and take the Exam?

  1. Purchase your exam by clicking here
  2. Upon checkout, you will have created an account.
  3. Click on Login / My Account (in the menu) and login to your Account Dashboard.
  4. Then click MY EXAMS or Click Here and take the exam.
    1. If, for some reason, it's not showing in My Exams... (while logged in) go to the homepage of our site > click the Resources Dropdown, then click Health Coach Exam.
    2. If you pass, our system will generate a PDF of your Certificate for download and Sandy will mail you a frame-able Certificate. To access your downloadable PDF, login to your Account Dashboard > click Form Submissions > then View PDF on the Health Coach Exam.
    3. If you fail, you can take the exam again up to 2x. (Rare)

How do I receive my Certified Health Coach Certificate once I complete my exam?

  1. Once you complete & pass the exam, login to your Account Dashboard or Click Here
  2. Then click on Form Submissions > then View PDF on the Health Coach Exam
